Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)

Discrimination against persons with disabilities is prohibited by law.  The Americans with Disabilities ACT (ADA) Title II prohibits discrimination on the basis of disability in services rendered by state and local governments, i.e., all government facilities, services and communications must be accessible.

If you feel you have been denied equal access to any High-Speed Rail Authority program, service or activity because of a disability, you are encouraged to file a discrimination complaint under ADA Title II within 30 days of the alleged act or discovery.  Complete the Americans with Disabilities Act Complaint form and submit it to: ADA Compliance Desk.
