4000 Workers

The Authority recently announced our latest job creation milestone in the Central Valley where more than 4,000 workers have been dispatched to build high-speed rail in California. As many industries and regions face uncertain employment, high-speed rail is moving full speed ahead and continues to add more construction jobs. We’re working with partners like the City of Selma to provide pre-apprenticeship classes and hands-on construction industry training, helping create job opportunities in areas that need it most.

Below are resources for you to help talk about the job opportunities high-speed rail is bringing to California.
