Discrimination against persons with disabilities is prohibited by law. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II, protects qualified individuals with disabilities from discrimination on the basis of disability in services, programs and activities provided by State and local government entities.

If you feel you have been denied equal access to any California High-Speed Rail Authority program, service or activity because of a disability, you are encouraged to file a discrimination complaint under ADA Title II within 30 days of the alleged violation.
