El Estado de California proporcionar\u00e1 fondos de contrapartida provenientes de los ingresos del programa Cap-and-Trade de $3,97 millones, para un costo total de $19,85 millones.<\/li>\n<li>La solicitud es para el Dise\u00f1o Final y la coordinaci\u00f3n de terceros relacionados para el Proyecto de la Estaci\u00f3n Multimodal Integrada de Merced (Proyecto). Una futura solicitud de subvenci\u00f3n solicitar\u00e1 financiaci\u00f3n para la construcci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>El Proyecto servir\u00e1 como una \u201cpuerta de entrada del norte de California\u201d a Sacramento, el \u00c1rea de la Bah\u00eda, otros destinos del Valle de San Joaqu\u00edn y puntos al sur para trenes de pasajeros interurbanos de alta velocidad y servicios ferroviarios y de tr\u00e1nsito regionales coordinados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h2 id=\"ItemTwo\">ACTUALIZACIONES DEL PROGRAMA<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Wong-Harris JV<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Modificaci\u00f3n del contrato<\/li>\n<li>Justificaci\u00f3n:\n<ul>\n<li>El calendario revisado del Paquete de Construcci\u00f3n 1 ha requerido que el contrato Wong-Harris se extienda para cumplir con la fecha de finalizaci\u00f3n del proyecto de 2026. La aprobaci\u00f3n de esta orden de cambio aumenta el presupuesto y extiende el contrato, lo que permite la continuidad en los servicios cr\u00edticos brindados por WongHarris JV.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Alcance del trabajo:\n<ul>\n<li>No hay cambios en el alcance del trabajo. Aumento de presupuesto para ampliaci\u00f3n de contrato hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Costo:\n<ul>\n<li>$91,871,623<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reubicaci\u00f3n de instalaciones de PG&amp;E y AT&amp;T<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Cambia el orden:\n<ul>\n<li>48.9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Justificaci\u00f3n:\n<ul>\n<li>La reubicaci\u00f3n de las empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos de PG&amp;E y AT&amp;T se excluy\u00f3 del alcance original del trabajo para el Paquete de Construcci\u00f3n 1. La reubicaci\u00f3n de estas instalaciones pas\u00f3 a ser responsabilidad del contratista despu\u00e9s de la oferta original porque el volumen de reubicaciones era mayor de lo que las empresas de servicios p\u00fablicos pod\u00edan ejecutar por s\u00ed solas. La aprobaci\u00f3n de esta orden de cambio permite a la Autoridad compensar a TPZP por el trabajo asociado con la reubicaci\u00f3n de las instalaciones de PG&amp;E y AT&amp;AT. Sin la aprobaci\u00f3n, el avance del proyecto se retrasar\u00eda significativamente.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Alcance del trabajo:\n<ul>\n<li>Cambio de alcance de trabajo y aumento de presupuesto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Costo:\n<ul>\n<li>$62,500,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>La disputa entre Hern\u00e1ndez, Kroone y asociados surgi\u00f3 en un comentario p\u00fablico\u00a0<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Este problema mencionado anteriormente es una disputa de facturas\/ida y vuelta entre la Autoridad y HKA sobre dos contratos.<\/li>\n<li>Se ha asignado el nivel m\u00e1s alto de gesti\u00f3n para trabajar en esta disputa, incluyendo:\n<ul>\n<li>Director de Operaciones y<\/li>\n<li>Director de Bienes Ra\u00edces<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Una vez que la Autoridad recibi\u00f3 la documentaci\u00f3n solicitada por parte de HKA, aceleramos la revisi\u00f3n y pagamos (de agosto a diciembre)\n<ul>\n<li>$676K de $750K en facturas<\/li>\n<li>90 por ciento pagado<\/li>\n<li>Con el 10 por ciento restante\n<ul>\n<li>Todav\u00eda necesitamos que HKA vuelva a presentar las facturas restantes en disputa; nos reunimos semanalmente para finalizar este esfuerzo. Nuestra pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n con la empresa es la pr\u00f3xima semana.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Los pagos se realizaron al d\u00eda siguiente y HKA ha confirmado su recepci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Lo mejor para el contribuyente es que la Autoridad contin\u00fae revisando y analizando cuidadosamente todas las facturas antes del pago.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr
