Life-Cycle Assessment and Low-Carbon Procurement Specialist	Working collaboratively with the broader HSR Sustainability team, help to quantify the embodied carbon footprint of the program’s construction phase. This may include developing quantity estimates from environmental impact documents, design drawings, and actual construction data; and reviewing Environmental Product Declarations and other Life-cycle assessment materials with a focus on precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, steel, and use of construction equipment. Help to propose and develop strategies to reduce the embodied carbon of construction materials such as creating baselines and incentives.
