The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is hosting a Tracks to Opportunity Networking Summit on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Procurement IDIQ Workshop

During the event, Emily Morrison, the Authority’s Chief of Contracting, will provide an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) workshop that covers:

Primes with teaming opportunities for small businesses are encouraged to participate in the event as an Exhibitor. To indicate interest in exhibiting, please make sure to select “Prime Contractor” as your Business Type when registering. Register early, as space is limited!
