\u6708\u901a\u904e\u4e86\u4e00\u9805\u7d44\u7e54\u5229\u76ca\u885d\u7a81\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u8a72\u653f\u7b56\u898f\u5b9a\u4e86\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u6839\u64da\u7b2c 185000 \u689d\u53ca\u4ee5\u4e0b\u689d\u6b3e\u6388\u6b0a\u8207\u52a0\u5229\u798f\u5c3c\u4e9e\u9ad8\u901f\u9435\u8def\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u7c3d\u8a02\u5408\u540c\u7684\u500b\u4eba\u6216\u5be6\u9ad4\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u9053\u5fb7\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u52a0\u5dde\u516c\u7528\u4e8b\u696d\u5b88\u5247\uff0c\u9069\u7528\u65bc\u5206\u5305\u5546\u548c\u4e3b\u627f\u5305\u5546\u3002\u672c\u653f\u7b56\u662f\u5c0d\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u4e00\u822c\u5229\u76ca\u885d\u7a81\u6e96\u5247\u7684\u88dc\u5145\uff0c\u4e0d\u4fee\u6539\u6216\u53d6\u4ee3\u8a72\u6e96\u5247\u4e2d\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u8981\u6c42\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u672c\u653f\u7b56\u65e8\u5728\u5be6\u73fe\u4ee5\u4e0b\u76ee\u6a19\uff1a\u4fc3\u9032\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u63a1\u8cfc\u548c\u5408\u540c\u7684\u5b8c\u6574\u6027\u3001\u7af6\u722d\u529b\u900f\u660e\u5ea6\u548c\u516c\u5e73\u6027\uff1b\u9632\u6b62\u6295\u6a19\u4eba\u548c\u6295\u6a19\u4eba\u5728\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u7684\u63a1\u8cfc\u548c\u5408\u540c\u65b9\u9762\u7372\u5f97\u6216\u770b\u4f3c\u7372\u5f97\u4e0d\u516c\u5e73\u7684\u7af6\u722d\u512a\u52e2\uff1b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6307\u5c0e\uff0c\u4f7f\u627f\u5305\u5546\u5728\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u958b\u5c55\u696d\u52d9\u6642\u80fd\u5920\u505a\u51fa\u660e\u667a\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff1b\u4e26\u4fdd\u8b77\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u4ee5\u53ca\u6709\u95dc\u9ad8\u9435\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u6a5f\u5bc6\u548c\u654f\u611f\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a72\u653f\u7b56\u6700\u521d\u65bc 2011 \u5e74\u901a\u904e\uff0c\u96a8\u5f8c\u65bc 2023 \u5e74\u66f4\u65b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hsr.ca.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/06292023-Organizational-Conflict-of-Interest-Policy-A11Y.pdf\">\u7d44\u7e54\u5229\u76ca\u885d\u7a81\u653f\u7b56<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5728\u95b1\u8b80\u672c\u653f\u7b56\u5f8c\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u7591\u554f\uff0c\u6216\u9700\u8981\u9032\u884c\u5229\u76ca\u885d\u7a81\u5224\u5b9a\uff0c\u8acb\u5411\u6cd5\u52d9\u90e8\u63d0\u4ea4\u66f8\u9762\u7533\u8acb\u3002 <a href=\"mailto:Legal@hsr.ca.gov\">\u6cd5\u5f8b@hsr.ca.gov<\/a> \u8acb\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u8207\u60a8\u8aee\u8a62\u7684\u63a1\u8cfc\/\u5408\u7d04\/\u4e8b\u9805\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff1a<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u8acb\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u8207\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u7c3d\u8a02\u7684\u6bcf\u4efd\u7576\u524d\u548c\u4ee5\u5f80\u5408\u540c\u7684\u6458\u8981\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f5c\u70ba\u9867\u554f\u6216\u5206\u5305\u9867\u554f\u7684\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5408\u540c\u72c0\u614b\uff08\u958b\u653e\/\u95dc\u9589\/\u5230\u671f\u65e5\uff09\uff1b\u5982\u9069\u7528\uff0c\u8acb\u63d0\u4f9b\u9805\u76ee\u90e8\u5206\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5c0d\u4e0a\u8ff0\u5df2\u78ba\u5b9a\u7684\u7576\u524d\u548c\u4ee5\u524d\u5408\u7d04\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7bc4\u570d\u9032\u884c\u7c21\u8981\u63cf\u8ff0\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4efb\u52d9\u3001\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6210\u679c\u548c\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u95dc\u9375\u89d2\u8272\uff08\u5982\u9069\u7528\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8acb\u7c21\u8981\u63cf\u8ff0\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u9810\u671f\u5728\u9810\u671f\u5408\u7d04\u6216\u63a1\u8cfc\u4e2d\u5c65\u884c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u4efb\u52d9\u3001\u4ea4\u4ed8\u6210\u679c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4efb\u4f55\u95dc\u9375\u89d2\u8272\uff1b\u5982\u679c\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7bc4\u570d\u5c1a\u672a\u6700\u7d42\u78ba\u5b9a\uff0c\u8acb\u76e1\u53ef\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u95dc\u9810\u671f\/\u53ef\u80fd\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7bc4\u570d\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8acb\u8aaa\u660e\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\/\u54e1\u5de5\u662f\u5426\u53c3\u8207\u4e86\u9810\u671f\u5408\u7d04\u3001\u63a1\u8cfc\u6216\u5de5\u4f5c\u7bc4\u570d\u7684\u88fd\u5b9a\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8072\u660e\uff0c\u8aaa\u660e\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u6216\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u8ca0\u8cac\u4eba\/\u54e1\u5de5\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u7372\u6089\u3001\u6536\u5230\u6216\u77e5\u6089\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u95dc\u9810\u671f\u5408\u7d04\u6216\u63a1\u8cfc\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7bc4\u570d\u3001\u5167\u5bb9\u6216\u9032\u5c55\u7684\u975e\u516c\u958b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u8acb\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u5be6\u9ad4\u985e\u578b\u548c\/\u6216\u516c\u53f8\u7d44\u6210\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6709\u9650\u8cac\u4efb\u516c\u53f8\u3001\u7368\u8cc7\u4f01\u696d\u3001\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\u7b49\uff09\u3002\u5982\u9069\u7528\uff0c\u8acb\u8aaa\u660e\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u662f\u5426\u70ba\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u5b50\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u662f\u5426\u5168\u90e8\u6216\u90e8\u5206\u7531\u53c3\u8207\u672c\u5c08\u6848\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u9867\u554f\u516c\u53f8\u64c1\u6709\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u8a08\u5283\u5c0b\u6c42\u8207\u73fe\u6709\u6216\u672a\u4f86\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u63a1\u8cfc\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u696d\u52d9\uff0c\u8acb\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u95dc\u63a1\u8cfc\u9805\u76ee\u4ee5\u53ca\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u53ef\u80fd\u57f7\u884c\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u7bc4\u570d\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u60a8\u8a8d\u70ba\u8207\u6b64\u5206\u6790\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u5176\u4ed6\u8cc7\u8a0a\u548c\/\u6216\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6709\u95dc\u8cb4\u516c\u53f8\u53c3\u8207\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u516c\u5171\u9805\u76ee\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u9805\u76ee\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0d\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u6216\u9805\u76ee\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\uff08\u6d1b\u6749\u78ef\u806f\u5408\u8eca\u7ad9\u3001ACE
