|\u8428\u514b\u62c9\u95e8\u6258<\/p>\n<p>\u52a0\u5dde\u9ad8\u901f\u94c1\u8def\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08\u5f53\u5c40\uff09\u63a8\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e2a\u65b0\u7684\u5728\u7ebf\u4eea\u8868\u677f\uff0c\u7528\u4e8e\u8ddf\u8e2a\u5f31\u52bf\u4f01\u4e1a (DBE)\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec\u53c2\u4e0e\u9ad8\u901f\u94c1\u8def\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u5973\u6027\u548c\u5c11\u6570\u65cf\u88d4\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u3002\u8be5\u529f\u80fd\u4f4d\u4e8e\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u7684\u5c0f\u578b\u4f01\u4e1a\u8ba1\u5212\u4e3b\u9875\u4e0a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/hsr.ca.gov\/zh_cn\/small_business\/\">https:\/\/hsr.ca.gov\/small_business\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u8bbe\u8ba1\u4e86\u65b0\u7684\u4eea\u8868\u677f\uff0c\u4ee5\u7a81\u51fa\u5c11\u6570\u65cf\u88d4\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u53c2\u4e0e\u5efa\u8bbe\u9ad8\u94c1\uff0c\u5e76\u900f\u660e\u5730\u663e\u793a\u6388\u4e88\u7684\u5408\u540c\u8d44\u91d1\uff0c\u201d\u8be5\u5c40\u6d41\u7a0b\u548c\u9879\u76ee\u4ea4\u4ed8\u4e3b\u7ba1\u5361\u7279\u91cc\u5a1c\u00b7\u5e03\u83b1\u5c14 (Catrina Blair) \u8bf4\u3002 \u201c\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u793e\u533a\u3001\u4e3b\u8981\u627f\u5305\u5546\u548c\u516c\u4f17\u73b0\u5728\u53ef\u4ee5\u770b\u5230\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u5b9e\u73b0\u79ef\u6781\u7684\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u76ee\u6807\u65b9\u9762\u53d6\u5f97\u7684\u8fdb\u5c55\u3002\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u8ba1\u5212\u76ee\u6807\u548c\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u53c2\u4e0e\u663e\u793a\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u4eea\u8868\u677f\u8fd8\u5177\u6709\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u65b0\u7684\u7528\u6237\u53cb\u597d\u7684\u89c6\u89c9\u548c\u56fe\u5f62\u6570\u636e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4ece\u4e8b\u9ad8\u901f\u94c1\u8def\u8ba1\u5212\u7684\u5c11\u6570\u65cf\u88d4\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u7684\u660e\u7ec6\u548c\u8fc4\u4eca\u4e3a\u6b62\u652f\u51fa\u7684\u603b\u91d1\u989d.\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u5c06\u5b9a\u671f\u66f4\u65b0\u4eea\u8868\u677f\u4ee5\u53cd\u6620\u6700\u65b0\u7684\u516c\u5f00\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u622a\u81f3 2020 \u5e74 11 \u6708 30 \u65e5\uff0c\u5171\u6709 574 \u5bb6\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u53c2\u4e0e\u9ad8\u94c1\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec 62 \u5bb6\u6b8b\u75be\u8001\u5175\u4f01\u4e1a\u548c 185 \u5bb6 DBE\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u5305\u62ec 53 \u5bb6\u897f\u73ed\u7259\u88d4\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u300127 \u5bb6\u9ed1\u4eba\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u300116 \u5bb6\u4e9a\u592a\u5730\u533a\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u300127 \u5bb6\u4e9a\u6d32\u6b21\u5927\u9646\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u548c 10 \u5bb6\u7f8e\u6d32\u539f\u4f4f\u6c11\u62e5\u6709\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u4e3a\u5c0f\u4f01\u4e1a\u5236\u5b9a\u7684\u79ef\u6781\u7684 30% \u53c2\u4e0e\u76ee\u6807\u5305\u62ec\u4e3a DBE \u5236\u5b9a\u7684 10% \u53c2\u4e0e\u76ee\u6807\u3002\u6709\u5174\u8da3\u4e0e\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\u5408\u4f5c\u7684\u4f01\u4e1a\u4e3b\u53ef\u4ee5\u901a\u8fc7\u8bbf\u95ee\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7f51\u5740\u627e\u5230\u6709\u5173\u5c0f\u578b\u4f01\u4e1a\u8ba4\u8bc1\u3001\u7b7e\u7ea6\u673a\u4f1a\u548c\u4f9b\u5e94\u5546\u6ce8\u518c\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u00a0<a
