The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is hosting a Tracks to Opportunity Networking Summit on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Join us for an exciting event featuring workshops and presentations on available financial resources, interactive resource partner exhibitors, exhibiting Primes seeking teaming opportunities with small businesses, and dynamic networking designed to spark new ideas and meaningful connections!

Attendees will also hear about current and upcoming high-speed rail procurements. Whether you’re looking to learn, collaborate, or grow your business, this is the perfect place to connect with industry leaders and like-minded professionals.

During the event, Emily Morrison, the Authority’s Chief of Contracting, will provide an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) workshop that covers:
