Contract Opportunities​

The Capital Procurement Section develops and manages the procurements of architectural and engineering (A&E) contracts and capital contracts. These procurements support the Authority in delivering the nation’s first high-speed rail system. Procurements under the Capital Procurement Section include, but are not limited to, construction, engineering services, environmental services, and design services.
