The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is hosting a Tracks to Opportunity Networking Summit on Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Attendees will also hear about current and upcoming high-speed rail procurements. Whether you’re looking to learn, collaborate, or grow your business, this is the perfect place to connect with industry leaders and like-minded professionals.
Procurement IDIQ Workshop
During the event, Emily Morrison, the Authority’s Chief of Contracting, will provide an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) workshop that covers:
- Details about the IDIQ process and methodology
- How can businesses participate
- Upcoming procurement opportunities and schedules, and
- A Q&A Session with presenters
