The following special project EIR/EIS documents are in progress:

The Public Scoping Meetings scheduled for March 11 (Fresno), March 12 (Wasco), and March 13 (Hanford) will ONLY feature information and opportunities to comment on the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Central Valley Photovoltaic and Battery Energy Storage System (PV/BESS) Project. The CEQA public scoping period closed April 8, 2025.

The scoping process for the Central Valley Heavy Maintenance Facility Project has been changed and a project update will be provided soon.
