The California High-Speed Rail (HSR) Small Business Program, along with the Prime Consultant ARUP US, Inc., will host a “Meet the Prime” workshop from 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. Prime Consultant ARUP US, Inc. team is looking for certified Small Businesses/Micro Businesses (SB/MB), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation. The guest speaker will discuss current progress and opportunities available for subconsultants.

The Workshop will cover:

  • An overview of the HSR Small Business Program
  • Small Business certifications accepted by HSR
  • Navigating the HSR Small Business webpages
  • Register your business in Connect HSR Registry

You’ll also learn about:

  • Arup’s Sustainability Program scope of work
  • Arup’s commitment to supporting small businesses
  • Current opportunities on the project including:
    • Renewable Energy
    • Climate Change Adaptation
    • Sustainability Reporting
    • Air Quality + Greenhouse Gas

 NOTE: Interested firms should prepare company capability statements including current license, certification status, and area of interest. This information will allow the ARUP US, Inc. team to evaluate and make proper introductions to ARUP US, Inc. procurement teams.
