HSR25-116 As-Needed Fencing Repair, Removal, Replacement, and/or Installation Services at Various Locations Throughout the counties of Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kern , and Kings

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a contract for As-Needed Fencing Repair, Removal, Replacement, and/or Installation Services at Various Locations Throughout the counties of Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kern , and Kings. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a company that will provide the Authority all labor (including administrative cost for all personnel), materials, tools, equipment, travel, and supervision; provide applicable planning, protective measures, and reporting; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, disposal fees, and other cost incidental to the Work to be performed in accordance with the IFB’s Exhibit A, Scope of Work to Authority-owned residential and commercial properties located in the counties of Merced, Madera, Fresno, Tulare, Kern, and Kings (Central Valley).

This is a single-award solicitation.

The schedule for this procurement is as follows:

  • IFB Release: February 27, 2026
  • Deadline to submit written questions: Due Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Responses to written questions posted by the Authority: Monday, March 16, 2026, by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Bids Due: Wednesday, March 25, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Bid Opening: Wednesday, March 25, 2026, by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Proposed Start Date: Friday, May 1, 2026, or upon DGS approval, whichever occurs later
