Request for Qualifications for Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Services

The California High-Speed Rail Authority has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to request Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified firms (Offerors) interested and able to provide multi-disciplinary professional architectural and engineering services on a task order basis. The Authority intends to award an Architecture and Engineering (AE) IDIQ, to three pools of businesses: one minor works pool to be comprised of small businesses, one intermediate pool for moderate-sized firms that do not meet the Small Business category nor the gross receipts for large business, and one major works pool to be comprised of prime consultants with annual gross receipts of $150 million or more.

The Authority seeks responses from large businesses as well as qualified Small Business (SB), Small Business for the Purpose of Public Works (SB-PW), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) entities.
