HSR24-41 Right-of-Way Acquisition Services

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to procure a contract for Right-of-Way Acquisition Services. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a firm (s) that will provide the Authority with services related to Right-of-Way (ROW) acquisition, relocation assistance, condemnation, real property management, and other real property-related services. The location of the services shall be performed in the counties of Kern and Tulare.

This is a multiple-award solicitation.
