California High-Speed Rail Authority Workshop

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) will host a workshop providing an overview of the Authority’s alternative procurement vehicle: Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
This procurement vehicle will be utilized to execute a broad range of repair and minor construction projects on real property from:
- Small Businesses (SB),
- Small Businesses for the Purpose of Public Works (SB-PW),
- Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), and
- Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE).
This procurement method allows the Authority to award multiple contractors an indefinite delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build contracts up to $15 million per task order.
The workshop will cover:
- Details about the MATOC process and methodology
- How can businesses participate
- Upcoming procurement opportunities and schedules
