*On September 16, 2021, Governor Gavin Newsom signed Assembly Bill No. 361 regarding the COVID-19 outbreak. Assembly Bill No. 361 removes the requirement that a location be made available for the public to gather for purposes of observing and commenting at the meeting through January 31, 2022.

The California High-Speed Rail Authority’s January 19-20, 2022, Board Meeting will be conducted via webinar and teleconference. Board Members will participate in the meeting from individual remote locations.  Members of the public can view the board meeting online at hsr.ca.gov.  Those wishing to provide public comment must register at the link below. Registration is necessary because the link needed to join the virtual meeting must be sent to a valid email address. The Authority does not use the email address provided for any purpose other than to send the meeting link to a speaker. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email providing a link and telephone options to participate in the meeting.
