The California High-Speed Rail (HSR) Small Business Program along with the Design Build Prime Consultant DB Engineering & Consulting USA, Inc. (ETO) will host a “Meet the Prime” event on March 30, 2023, 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  ETO is looking for certified Small Businesses (SB), Disabled Veteran Business Enterprises (DVBE), and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) participation. The guest speaker will discuss current progress and opportunities available for sub-consultants.

The Workshop will cover:

  • An overview of the HSR Small Business Program
  • Small Business certifications accepted by HSR
  • Navigating the HSR Small Business webpages
  • Learning how to stay connected and engaged with HSR
  • Finding contract opportunities
  • Registering your business in Connect HSR Registry
  • An introduction to the HSR Business Advisory Council
  • Current opportunities on the project related to ETO

NOTE: Interested firms should prepare company capability statements that include current license and certification status, and area of interest. This information will allow ETO to evaluate and make proper introductions to ETO procurement teams.
