Base Building Plan Development Services

Updated Announcement: The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) is formally cancelling RFQ No. HSR23-13 for Base Building Plan Development Services pursuant to RFQ Section 3.3 Non-Commitment of the Authority. The Authority may choose to re-procure these services at its sole discretion.

Original Announcement: The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to procure a contract for Base Building Plan Development services. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a consultant to provide Base Building Plan Development services for the Authority’s commercial building located at 5661 N Golden State Blvd, Fresno, CA 93722.

The purpose of this RFQ is to award an agreement to one successful consultant to provide architectural and engineering services required for Base Building Plan Development. The scope of work involves the development of base building as-built plans for an Authority-owned commercial building using CAD, including fire alarm plans, fire sprinkler plans and all other necessary work. The resulting agreement will have a one-year term and a not-to-exceed amount of $100,000.

If the consultant is currently providing services on the project, and has questions about a potential organizational conflicts of interest, please submit questions and/or a request an Organizational Conflict of Interest determination to the Authority’s Chief Counsel, Alicia Fowler, at Legal@hsr.ca.gov, with a copy to Tawnya.Southern@hsr.ca.gov, referencing the Base Building Plan Development Services RFQ. For determinations, the requestor is asked to provide information identified in the Organizational Conflict of Interest Checklist (RFQ section 3.7).
