HSR24-29 Non-Chemical Landscape Maintenance Services
The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a contract for Non-Chemical Landscape Maintenance Services. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a contractor (s) that will provide the Authority with services related to performing non-chemical landscape maintenance services. The location of the services shall be performed at the Central Valley Regional Headquarters and Train Depot in Fresno.
The schedule for this procurement is as follows:
- IFB Release: Wednesday, March 5, 2025
- Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time: Tuesday, March 11, 2025
- Deadline to submit written questions: Due Friday, March 14, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Responses to written questions posted by the Authority: Tuesday, March 18, 2025 by 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Bid Submissions Due: Tuesday, March 25, 2025, by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time*
- Bid Opening: Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time
- Proposed Start Date: Tuesday, April 1, 2025 or upon contract approval
