HSR24-63 As-Needed Trash Abatement Services

The California High-Speed Rail Authority (Authority) has issued an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure a contract for As-Needed Trash Abatement Services. The purpose of this procurement is to enter into an agreement with a company that will provide the Authority with all labor (including administrative costs for all personnel), materials, tools, equipment, travel, and supervision; pay all taxes, insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, disposal fees, and other costs necessary to perform as-needed trash collection, hauling, and disposal services at Authority properties and adhere to all applicable local, state, and federal codes and regulations. The services shall be performed within the counties of: Fresno, Tulare, Merced, Madera, Kern, and Kings (Central Valley).

This is a single-award solicitation.

The schedule for this procurement is as follows:

  • IFB Release: March 3, 2025
  • Deadline to submit written questions: Due Wednesday, March 10, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Responses to written questions posted by the Authority: Wednesday, March 12, 2025 by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Bids Due: Wednesday, March 25, 2025, by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Bid Opening: Wednesday, March 25, 2025, by 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time
  • Proposed Start Date: Tuesday, April 1, 2025, or upon approval by Department of General Services (DGS)
