Life-Cycle Assessment and Low-Carbon Procurement Specialist	Working collaboratively with the broader HSR Sustainability team, help to quantify the embodied carbon footprint of the program’s construction phase. This may include developing quantity estimates from environmental impact documents, design drawings, and actual construction data; and reviewing Environmental Product Declarations and other Life-cycle assessment materials with a focus on precast concrete, cast-in-place concrete, steel, and use of construction equipment. Help to propose and develop strategies to reduce the embodied carbon of construction materials such as creating baselines and incentives. Qualifications: At least 5 years of work in Lifecycle Assessment, ideally within the Architecture / Engineering / Construction industry, Familiarity with EPDs and Product Category Rules for construction materials, Familiarity with performance requirements for structural concrete, Experience with rail construction and rail systems (preferred but not required), Familiarity with Buy America / Build America requirements (preferred but not required) Deadline: 11/15/24	ALL (DVBE preferred)	Arup US, Inc.
